ACG Houston Elects Allison Pearce to the Board of Directors

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Houston has named Porter Hedges Corporate and Finance Partner Allison Pearce to its Board of Directors for 2024-2025.

ACG Houston is a regional networking organization for professionals involved in middle-market mergers and acquisitions, corporate growth, equity capital, strategic alliances, and other aspects of corporate development. Their goal is to help business professionals in the M&A community do more business with the right partners. ACG Houston hosts a variety of events throughout the year to provide our local business leaders an opportunity to gain visibility and connect with people and ideas to strategically grow companies.

Allison represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, limited liability company formations, and private equity investments. She also regularly advises borrowers and lenders in negotiating senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt facilities as well as SBIC investments of long-term debt and equity capital in eligible small businesses. Allison represents clients in a variety of industries, including private equity, manufacturing, industrial, energy (upstream, midstream, services, and renewable), and consumer products. At Porter Hedges, she serves on both the Recruiting and Marketing Committees and is an active member of the Women’s Initiative.
