Colin Cox Elected Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation
Colin Cox has been elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellowship within the Texas Bar Foundation is a recognition reserved for legal professionals who are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the State of Texas. Each year, only one-third of one percent of Texas State Bar members are invited to become Fellows.
Colin represents developers, purchasers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, and other parties in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. He also negotiates, prepares, and maintains commercial real estate leases in Texas and across the country, including representing landlords and tenants from small shops to big-box national properties. Colin regularly collaborates with colleagues in other practice groups on transactions involving real estate. In these transactions, Colin’s clients benefit from his responsiveness and his ability to help them maintain flexibility in an evolving market.
The Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country. Founded in 1965 by lawyers determined to assist the public and improve the profession of law, the Texas Bar Foundation has maintained its mission of using the financial contributions of its membership to build a strong justice system for all Texans.
