Megan Luh Elected Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation
Megan Luh has been elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellows are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the state of Texas. Each year, only one-third of one percent of Texas State Bar members are invited to become Fellows.
Megan represents public and private companies in various matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, private equity transactions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters. She serves on the firm's Recruiting Committee, is a committee chair for the Texas State Bar, and an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of Houston serving as the Vice President of Programs.
The Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country. Founded in 1965 by lawyers determined to assist the public and improve the profession of law, the Texas Bar Foundation has maintained its mission of using the financial contributions of its membership to build a strong justice system for all Texans.
