Porter Hedges Grows Real Estate Practice with New Partner Rob Bello
Porter Hedges announced today that Robert (“Rob”) Bello has joined the firm as a new partner in the Real Estate practice group.
Rob advises clients through all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from acquisition and financing, to development and leasing, and through the eventual sale of the project. He focuses on representing both tenants and landlords in the leasing of commercial office, industrial, retail, manufacturing, and multi-family properties.
Rob has particular experience drafting, negotiating, and analyzing leases, purchase and sale agreements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, development agreements, easements, and CC&Rs.
His experience also includes formerly serving as General Counsel for a national commercial real estate brokerage. Additionally, he is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, and Illinois and either holds or has held real estate brokerage licenses in California, Georgia, Illinois, and Utah.

Rob received his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, magna cum laude, an M.B.A. from San Diego State University, and his B.A. from Northwestern University.
