Porter Hedges represented Camp Construction Services (“Camp”), in its sale to Sterling Investment Partners (“Sterling”), a leading middle market private equity firm. The transaction included co-investment by Camp’s founder and CEO, Roger Camp, and other members of management. The partnership with Sterling will further Camp’s ability to serve as a national leader in the provision of restoration, renovation, and maintenance services to multifamily communities and other end markets. Camp’s existing management team will remain in place and is excited to continue to fulfill Camp’s mission alongside Sterling.
