Porter Hedges Represents Canyon Midstream Backed Redcliff Midstream in its Sale to Tailwater Capital Backed Tall Oak Midstream

Porter Hedges represented Redcliff Midstream ("Redcliff") in its acquisition by Tall Oak Midstream (“Tall Oak”).  Redcliff provides gas gathering, treating and processing services to producers in Oklahoma's STACK play and was founded in 2017 as a subsidiary of Canyon Midstream Partners II, LLC.  Tall Oak is a full suite midstream provider serving customers in the Mid-Continent and backed by Tailwater Capital which acquired the company in February 2021.
