Porter Hedges Represents Fox Innovation & Technologies in its Acquisition of Revak

Porter Hedges represented Blue Water Energy LLP (Blue Water) with its new venture Fox Innovation & Technologies (FIT) in its acquisition of Texas-based Revak Keen Turbomachinery (Revak). Blue Water, an international energy specialist private equity firm, partnered with Vincent Volpe, the former CEO of Dresser-Rand, to launch FIT to service the energy and industrial compressor and rotating equipment market. Revak is FIT’s first major acquisition and will serve as a catalyst for this new platform.

Founded in 1981, Revak specializes in remanufacturing, upgrading, and rerating steam turbines, pumps, gears, compressors, and complete steam turbine systems for industrial and energy sector customers.
