Liza Eoff is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including litigation related to the oil and gas industry. She is also experienced in handling cases involving breach of contract, business tort disputes, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, antitrust, and real estate controversies.

Liza has experience in all stages of litigation. She has had an active role in multiple jury and bench trials, including opening and closing statements, examination of experts, and examination of key witnesses. Liza also has extensive experience in the pretrial stages of litigation, such as procuring expedited and traditional discovery, obtaining and defending requests for injunctive relief, drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions at in-person and remote hearings, and taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses.

Before entering private practice, Liza served as a law clerk for The Honorable Lynn N. Hughes in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
