Mary Anna Rutledge represents clients in business and commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts and in domestic arbitrations, including a wide range of disputes involving many types of complex oil and gas issues, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, property claims, tortious interference and other business tort claims, the Texas Anti-Slapp Act, as well as probate litigation.

Mary Anna received her J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, Mary Anna served as a Director for the Board of Advocates as well as an officer for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Advocates. Mary Anna was inducted into the Order of the Lytae and was a member of the Dean’s Honor List. Prior to law school, Mary Anna worked for an international human rights foundation.
