Shelby N. Payne

Shelby Payne represents public and private corporations, partnerships, and small companies on a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation.

Shelby received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston where she was awarded the CALI Award for Civil Procedure (highest grade).  She received her B.A. in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
