Rachele Arriaga Miller

Rachele prepares and negotiates commercial real estate leases in Texas and across the country, representing landlords, tenants, and developers in site leases for energy projects, retail shopping centers, warehouses, office buildings, and other commercial projects. She also represents developers, purchasers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, and other parties in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.

She graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston with honors. She was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Presidential Fellows recipient.

Prior to law school, Rachele worked in the multifamily housing development industry.
