Vivian G. Simon

Vivian Simon focuses her practice on upstream, midstream, and renewable energy transactions, including those involving asset acquisitions, asset dispositions, joint ventures and exploration and development programs.

During her time at University of Houston Law Center, she served as the Managing Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
