Porter Hedges Represents AHI Supply in its Investment from High Street Capital

Porter Hedges represented AHI Supply, LLC (“AHI”), a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality construction products, in its investment by High Street Capital (“HSC”). The investment will bolster resources and expertise to support AHI’s growth plans.

Based in Alvin, TX, with additional locations in Buda, TX (Austin), and Roanoke, TX (Dallas), AHI is a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality construction products to a wide variety of customers including distributors, builders, specialty contractors, and masons in the Southwest Region.

Founded in 1982, Chicago-based HSC invests in middle market businesses. AHI represents HSC’s first platform investment in Fund VI, a $250 million fund closed in 2024 focused on investments in the areas of outsourced business services, niche manufacturing, and value-added distribution.
