Emma M. Eyvazian

Emma Eyvazian represents public and private companies in various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, private equity transactions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Emma is a recipient of the Scarlet Seals of Excellence from the University of Houston for Diversity, Communication, Leadership, and Development, demonstrating her skills in leadership in practice, personal development, communication, and social responsibility. During her time in law school, Emma was a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law and a Contributing Editor for the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law.
