Shane Johnson advises debtors, DIP lenders, liquidating trustees, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other creditors on various restructuring matters. 

Prior to joining Porter Hedges, Shane worked at an international law firm and clerked for bankruptcy judges in the Southern District of New York and the Western District of Texas.
