M&A Advisor Recognizes Porter Hedges with Turnaround Award for ‘Energy Deal of the Year’

The M&A Advisor's 19th Annual Turnaround Awards recognized Porter Hedges as part of a team that won the “Energy Deal of the Year (under $1B) - Liquidation of Alpine Summit Energy Partners and affiliates”.

In October 2024, the M&A Advisor also recognized Porter Hedges as a finalist in four categories for its representation as part of the team of the 363 Sales and Liquidating Plan for Alpine Summit Energy Partners, Inc at their 23^rd Annual M&A Advisor Awards.

The M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards recognizes leading distressed transactions, restructuring, refinancing, products and services, firms, and professionals in the United States and international markets. The awards gala celebration will be held at the 2025 Distressed Investing Summit on March 24-25 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
