Robert Radu represents clients on a variety of general corporate matters with a focus on private equity, financing transactions, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate representation, and debt restructurings.
His experience includes negotiating senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt financings, syndicated credit facilities, working capital facilities, and intercreditor and subordination agreements, as well as SBIC investments of long-term debt and equity. Robert advises private equity funds, companies, and financial institutions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, business services, and technology.
