Sarah M. Naseman

Sarah Naseman represents clients on a variety of general corporate matters with a focus on debt and equity finance. She advises lenders and borrowers in connection with senior secured credit agreements, subordinated debt facilities, and SBIC investments of long-term debt and equity in connection with leveraged buyouts of lower middle market companies across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, energy, business services, and technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was an associate at a large New York-based law firm, where she represented public and private companies and lenders in secured and unsecured syndicated financings, including project finance and asset-based lending matters.

Sarah obtained her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Sarah served as the Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, provided free legal advice and representation to low-income children through the Duke Children’s Law Clinic, and was also a volunteer judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Catharina Haynes.
