Porter Hedges Announces 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow and Pathfinders

Porter Hedges is pleased to announce its selections for the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinder Programs. Partner Sarah Naseman has been selected as a Fellow and Associates James Keefe and Gabriel Rincón have been selected as Pathfinders.

Both programs were developed to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. The Fellows Program focuses on mid-career attorneys and the Pathfinders Program is designed for early-career attorneys.

Sarah represents clients on a variety of general corporate matters with a focus on debt and equity finance. She advises lenders and borrowers in connection with senior secured credit agreements, subordinated debt facilities, and SBIC investments of long-term debt and equity in connection with leveraged buyouts of lower middle market companies. She is also an active member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee.

James advises clients on insolvency matters, including debtors, DIP lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other creditors across many industries, including energy, finance, and media.

Gabriel represents clients in all stages of the construction process, from drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction agreements to litigation and arbitration of construction disputes.
